Northside Students
At Northside, we believe hope isn’t just a feeling—it’s a person. Our student ministry exists to introduce 6th–12th graders to Jesus, the true source of hope, and to equip them to live as Christ-Centered Difference Makers (Matthew 4:19). Whether you're a student looking for purpose, or a parent seeking a Christ-focused community for your teen, you're in the right place.
What is Student Ministry All About?
We combine fun, friendships, and faith in a way that helps students grow into who God created them to be—emotionally, socially, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. Through dynamic large group gatherings, meaningful small groups, and impactful events, we guide students toward a vibrant, authentic relationship with Jesus.

This is more than just a ministry—it’s a movement of young people learning to live with intention, compassion, and boldness in Christ. Come be part of it.
We invite 6th-12th graders to join us on Sunday mornings for student led worship! Student Center doors open at 10:30 and service starts at 10:45. See you there!
For the Parents:
At Northside, we wholeheartedly believe that parents are the primary spiritual influencers in a teenager’s life. While our Student Ministry plays an important role, we are not meant to replace the vital discipleship that happens at home. The deepest spiritual growth still happens in everyday moments—with family, where students spend the most time.
Our goal is to come alongside you—not take the baton from you. Some may view the relationship between parents, students, and the church like a relay race, passing responsibility from one to the next. But we see it differently.
We see it as a team effort—like players working together on the same field, each with a role to play but united by a common goal: raising a generation of students who know Jesus, love others, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose.
We’re here to support, equip, and encourage both you and your student—because spiritual formation is strongest when church and family are aligned.
Our Philosophy of Fun!
At Northside Students, we take the teaching of God’s Word and the worship of Him seriously, because we know that truth and transformation matter. But we also believe that faith and fun aren’t opposites.
Students grow best in environments where they feel safe, seen, and celebrated. That’s why we work hard to create a space that’s not just spiritually rich, but also joyful, creative, and full of genuine connection.
Laughter, games, and shared experiences are more than just “extra”. They’re how friendships are formed and hearts are opened. Our goal is to make Student Ministry a place where everyone, from long-time members to first-time guests, feels at home, has fun, and encounters the love of Jesus in authentic community.
